Dear Vendor,
The Clandestine Laboratory Investigator’s Association, often referred to as CLIA ™,
is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing training, technical support,
legislation assistance and expert testimony to all law enforcement, prosecutors,
emergency service personnel, forensic scientists, and military personnel who deal with clandestine laboratory investigations.

The mission of the association is to provide the best training available regarding the
hazards associated with clandestine laboratory investigations. Our instructors are
experts in the field of clandestine laboratory investigations and are either working first
responders, or qualified instructors from the public or private sector who can merge
the regulatory requirements with the realities of the job.

In addition to training, it is important to encourage support in this mission by means
of vendors presenting their products, materials, items associated with OSHA safety
compliance, having applications in law enforcement activity, hazardous materials
handling and removal, personal protective equipment, raid gear, monitoring, field
testing, decontamination and weapons. In addition, personal items, memorabilia, etc.

We have three general vendor packages:

Gold Level- $3,000

  1. This package includes a 2-hour hospitality event held in your company’s honor.
    During this event, the vendor will have the opportunity to provide specialized
    presentations of products and services coordinated with the CLIA Executive
    Board.
  2. Two booth spaces (Typically 6’ space and 2 chairs per space).
  3. Vendor advertisement on CLIA website

Silver Level- $1,500

  1. This package includes two booth spaces (Typically 6’ space and 2 chairs per
    space).
  2. Vendor advertisement on CLIA website.

Bronze Level- $1,000

  1. Single booth space (Typically 6’ table and 2 chairs).
  2. Vendor advertisement on CLIA website.

Need something different? Please feel free to tell us what your needs are and we can
discuss different options. The CLIA Executive Board would rather work through
having good vendor representation, rather than lose the opportunity to have you
present at the conference.

Vendors are highly encouraged to stay at the contracted location for the conference.
This gives you greater opportunity to socialize with attendees. This also helps with
some of the contracted room requirements needed for the host site. Some additional
costs might apply for companies who wish to ship their displays directly to the site.
These costs are set by the host site.

We would also ask you to consider the donation of an item to be used as a raffle prize.
Money raised through the sale of raffle tickets is used to defray the costs associated
with the conference, such as airfare for instructors and the rental of necessary
equipment.
