We will be holding the 2013 conference at the Renaissance Tulsa Hotel and Conference Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, September 9th-13th.. The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and the Drug Enforcement Administration are the conference hosts and assisted by IMPEX at Oklahoma State University. 
The room rate, $77 plus tax single/double/triple and quadruple occupancy, is good for two days prior and two days after the conference.  Reservations must be made by August 30, 2013 and under the CLIA rate. To make your reservations call 800.264.0165 or use the online registration link. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE CONFERENCE RATE AFTER THIS DATE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Self parking is free, valet parking will be $8.00 for day only and $12.00 per overnight.
The hotel will provide shuttle transportation to and from the airport at no cost.

Registration will be held Sunday from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Monday starting at 7:00 a.m.

This years conference fee is $450. If you have a spouse and wish them to attend the hospitality room for the week, a fee of $40 will need to be paid at the registration desk.

Advertising on Our Website

We have a new service for our corporate friends. We are allowing advertising on our website for your company. The fee is $2,000 for a one year commitment on our home page and $1,500 for a one year commitment on our links page. You can download the application in MS Word or PDF format. All applications must be approved before they are accepted and placed on the website. We have the right to refuse any application.
